Once you have been registered for a training session it is important to know how to use SafeT1st's interface. Depending on the training you were registered for, there are a few different possible configurations.
Let's go over how the SafeT1st training workflow looks for different training sessions:
In order to access your training session first navigate to your My Classes page located in the left-hand menu:
Once on the My Classes page, if you have been registered for a training session it will appear here.
If you have any training sessions, click the "Take Class" button to go to the sessions interface:
Once inside the class session interface, there are 2 possible configurations you could be presented with depending on whether your session has one module or several.
If your training has multiple modules, your session will have 3 components:
The Training Content Interface:
The training content interface is used to display content relevant to the training being presented. As your training audio plays, different relevant content will be displayed here. This content could be text, images, videos, and even quizzes. Should the content in this section be interactive, your trainer will give instructions on how to interact with the content.
The Audio Controls:
The audio controls are similar to any typical video/audio control interfaces that most web users should be familiar with. You can control both the place you are at within your current module, and adjust the volume of the audio output.
The Module List:
If your training consists of multiple modules, then the module list will display on the right-hand side of your training (assuming you are on a desktop PC) and is used to assist you in tracking your progress through your assigned training. If the module you are currently on has a quiz at the end, the module list will not progress until that quiz is passed.
