Managing your company and its trainees require that you assign each trainee to a primary location. In order to do this, you will need to add locations to your SafeT1st account. Here is how to add locations:
In the left menu select settings:
Then choose Company Settings:
Click Location Settings:
Choose Add Locations:
You will be presented with the following warning:
It is fine to click 'OK' and continue. This warning simply means that there is more data that can be added to a location. This includes location-specific images. These can be added later after the location has been initialized.
You can now begin adding locations. If you are using SafeT1st for Petroleum Operator Training, you will need to specify if the location has dispensers, or if it is a generator only location without dispensers.
You may add more than one location at a time by clicking the "Add Another Input" button.:
Be sure that after you have added a location, that you head over to its details page to add any additional information you may need.
